We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. 1.Order Cancellation:

Before Shipment: For orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

After Shipment: We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.

 2.Return and exchange Conditions:

For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
• All accessories, manuals and promotional materials received must be included.
• The return request must be made within the specified period from the date of receipt of the product.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

3.Return or Exchange Process:

2. Shipping Instructions: Please wait for our team to get back to you with shipping instructions. All products must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging.

4.Deadline for Requesting a Return or exchange:

You have 30 days to return and exchange items from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

5.Refund Processing time:

We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
