We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note:  If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email.
