mossroze.com partners with trusted manufacturers based in Europe. Therefore, our luxury clothing is produced on certified European factories that are known for their quality clothing an unique designs.
Shipping
How long does the shipping take?
As a rule, the inland shipping takes up to 4-6 business days. Nevertheless, don’t worry if your shipping takes a bit longer than expected: the delivery may be prolonged due to random customs checks in your country, or any other delays that are not in our responsibility.
Returns
Can I return an item from your store if I wasn’t satisfied with it?
Yes. According to our Return Policy, you can return your items within 30 days from the moment you received them. Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the original packaging, unused and generally in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. However, there’re certain cases when return or exchanges cannot be effectuated. Please consult our Return Policy for further details.
Will I have to pay for the shipping in case I initiate a return of a product?

If you were not satisfied with the product you received, or simply changed your mind, you can return an item by shipping it back to us, and all shipping costs will be paid by mossroze.com ! Therefore, no worries if you selected a wrong color or size: there will be no problem to return your item.
How can I return my order?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We may accept returns & exchanges after 30 days under special circumstances.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels attached.

Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
No. As soon as you place an order, we immediately start processing it and getting your items ready for shipping. Therefore, no cancellations can be made upon payment. However, if you’re sure that you don’t need the product you ordered, you can wait until it’s shipped to you, and then return it for free and get a full refund in a matter of days.

A. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 4– 6 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM
Order handling time is 1 - 3 business day (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@mossroze.com or call us directly at +1 727-860-2896
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
