We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team : info@mossroze.com . We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

1.Order Cancellation:

Before Shipment: For orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

After Shipment: We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.

 2.Return and exchange Conditions:

For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

  • All accessories, manuals and promotional materials received must be included.

  • The return request must be made within the specified period from the date of receipt of the product.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

3.Return or Exchange Process:

To start the return or exchange process, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Initial Contact: Send an email to : info@mossroze.com with the reason for the return and photos of the product, if necessary.

  2. Shipping Instructions: Please wait for our team to get back to you with shipping instructions. All products must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging.

4.Deadline for Requesting a Return or exchange:

You have 7 days to return and exchange items from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

5.Refund Processing time:

We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Generally, you will receive a refund within 10 business days. If you do not received a refund within 10 days contact us : info@mossroze.com

Note:Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 6.Items Not Eligible for Return and Refund:

  • Promotional Products: Products purchased during promotions or final sales are not eligible for return or refund, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Custom Products: Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for return and refund.

  • Gift cards: Gifts card items are not eligible for return and refund.


7.Restocking Fees:

We don’t charge Restocking Fees.No Restocking Fees.

8.Changes to Orders:

If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., change the shipping address, update quantities, or add/remove items), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make the requested changes.

9.Note for taxes:

Customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties VAT(Valued Additional Tax) on the parcel.
